Datenschutzerklärung, how we handle your data, the GDPR way.

We process personal data only under the EU GDPR (DSGVO) and German law, and we deliberately collect as little as possible. inde ONE is an informational website with a waitlist and community channels, no accounts, no onboarding, no investment service.
The controller is the responsible person in our Impressum: Lav Raghuvanshi, for the inde ONE project (indeone GmbH i. Gr.), Gustav-Freytag-Strasse 71, 48161 Münster, Germany, email info@indeone.com. On incorporation, the controller becomes indeone GmbH.
We collect no financial account data, ID documents or special-category data on this website, because we offer no account, onboarding or investment service.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. It’s used only for the purposes above, and processed on our behalf by carefully chosen providers (processors) under Art. 28 GDPR, for example our website host, our email/waitlist tool, and the platforms that run our community.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., and waitlist sign-ups are handled by our email tool, Loops. With your consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC in the US) processes usage data on our behalf; any US transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). We don’t run our own application backend yet and keep no personal data on our own servers. If you join our community on WhatsApp (or Discord, when it opens), those platforms process your data under their own privacy terms, which you should review. We work only with providers that offer GDPR-appropriate safeguards for any data transfer outside the EU/EEA. Once the platform goes live and we add services, we’ll publish the full list of processors and where their data is stored here.
We keep data only as long as needed: waitlist and enquiry data until you ask us to delete it or a reasonable period after launch; application data for the process and any statutory period. Then we delete or anonymise it.
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), portability (20), and to object (21); where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it anytime (Art. 7(3)). Email info@indeone.com to exercise any right.
Stop emails or delete your data. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of any email we send. To have your waitlist or enquiry data removed entirely, email info@indeone.com and we’ll delete it from our records and from our email tool.
Complaints: you may complain to a supervisory authority, for Münster, the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Düsseldorf.
We use cookies only as described in our Cookie Policy, setting non-essential cookies (currently Google Analytics) only with your consent (§ 25 TDDDG); strictly-necessary functional storage runs without consent. The site is served over TLS. A data protection officer isn’t currently required at our scale; we’ll appoint one if that changes.
