Scope: these govern use of the inde ONE website, waitlist and community channels. They’re for an informational website only and create no agreement for investment, brokerage or advisory services. Separate customer terms apply if and when such services launch.
The website is operated, pending incorporation, by the responsible person in the Impressum, on behalf of the inde ONE project (indeone GmbH i. Gr.).
All content is general information, not investment, legal or tax advice, and not an offer or recommendation. Figures and screens are illustrative.
Joining is free, creates no entitlement to any product, and guarantees no access or timing. Community channels (Discord, WhatsApp) also follow those platforms’ own terms; be respectful and don’t treat anything there as advice.
Use the site and community lawfully; don’t disrupt them, gain unauthorised access, scrape at scale, spam, or infringe others’ rights; give accurate details.
The inde ONE and xETF names, logos and content are ours or our licensors’; personal, non-commercial viewing only without our written consent.
We provide the site with reasonable care but don’t warrant it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded except for breach of a material obligation; liability for injury to life, body or health and under mandatory law remains unaffected.
We may update these terms; the published version applies. German law applies (without depriving consumers of mandatory protections); place of jurisdiction is Münster where permitted; if a clause is invalid, the rest stays in force.
